Designated National Voter Registration Site

NATIVE HEALTH Central is a designated national voter registration site under Section 20506(a)(3)(A)(ii) of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), and Arizona state law, ARS 16-142. If you are not registered to vote where you live now, you can register to vote at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 North Central Avenue, Building C in Phoenix. A voter registration kiosk is available in our first floor lobby.

Your decision to register or not will not affect the services you are eligible to receive nor the amount of assistance that you will be provided by NATIVE HEALTH.
