NATIVE HEALTH Mesa is located near the Fiesta Mall at the southeast corner of Southern/Extension in Mesa. We provide integrated medical services, individual behavioral health services for ages 6+, WIC (virtual), Community Health and Wellness programs, food assistance and community classes and events.

Behavioral Health Services:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Behavioral Health intakes are by appointment and a walk-in basis. Bring required documents and copies of court orders. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for your intake appointment to complete necessary paperwork. All AHCCCS plans accepted. NATIVE HEALTH is an AHCCCS Complete Care provider.
