NATIVE HEALTH invites the whole family to come out for a group walking session at Riverview Park while exploring the indigenous value of the season of giving and mindful eating! The workshop will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Riverview Park, 2100 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa, AZ 85201. Please make sure to wear active clothing and shoes.  The first five people to show up will receive a free goodie. Cold water, Blue Corn Scones and Oatmeal apples will be provided.
