Join the NATIVE HEALTH Tribal Home Visiting team VIRTUALLY every Tuesday at 10 a.m. in April for Virtual Storytelling Time! Each day will feature a different children’s book written by a Native American author:
- April 1st – “When We Are Kind” by Monique Gray Smith
- April 8th – “Singing Sisters: A Story of Humility” by Katherena Vermette
- April 15th – “Can You Hear the Plants Speak?” by Nicholas Hummingbird – (Hybrid) – Location: NATIVE HEALTH Traditional Garden (1822 W Pierson St – Phoenix). After story time, enjoy light refreshments and a tour of the garden! Participants can choose to attend virtually or in-person. Please also submit the second registration form below the first one, if planning on attending in-person.
- April 22nd – “You Hold Me Up” by Monique Gray Smith
- April 29th – “First Laugh, Welcome, Baby!” by Rose Ann Tahe and Nancy Bo Flood
