Herbal Tea Workshop

Join us on Wednesday, January 29 at 5:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central – Phoenix for a family-friendly workshop about traditional Indigenous uses of herbs like ceyaka, chaparral, yarrow, chamomile, and echinacea. Learn about sacred herbs, cultivation, and harvesting practices, and then create your own custom herbal tea blend during a hands-on demonstration. Enjoy refreshments, take home reading materials, a personalized tea blend, and a tea strainer to continue your journey at home!
