    Enjoy refreshments, gifts, and time to ask general prenatal and pediatric questions with the NATIVE HEALTH medical staff. All are welcome.

    Cooking Matters® is a free, six-week course starting Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Adults will learn to shop smarter, use nutrition information to make healthier choices and cook delicious, affordable meals. Participants receive a bag of free groceries at the end of each class.

    Brain Time is a free, ongoing class for infants and toddlers, accompanied by a favorite adult. Learn about the ABC’s of early brain development and how the infant brain “wires up” in the first years.

    NATIVE HEALTH is sponsoring a walk to bless the land and communities of the city of Phoenix. A Prayer Walk is a Native American prayer for the land, as a traditional way of healing and connectedness with the land. The walk is FREE and everyone is invited to participate.

    Attention parents: Learn how to read interactively with your child and how to cook healthy recipes on a budget! Each family who attends both classes will receive a large free bag of healthy produce!
